New teammates will be able to create an account and enroll in benefits after their first week of employment.  You will have 31 days from your hire date to make your benefit elections and upload dependent documentation, if applicable. 

To create a new account, click on "Create an Account" and enter your Last Name, Date of Birth and the last four digits of your Social Security Number.

Please Note: ALL new teammates will be automatically enrolled in the Roper St. Francis Healthcare 403(b) retirement plan upon completing 35 days of service at a 6% pre-tax contribution rate UNLESS you take action during the first 34 days of service to opt out.  Please visit the Fidelity website (www.netbenefits.com/atwork) or call 800-343-0860 to make changes to your retirement contribution.
